METHOD
OF PAYMENT
New Customers/First Order:
- Prepayment--A-Concepts
Designs will ship after check or money order is cleared.
- UPS, FedEx, or trucking - COD Cashier Check/Money Order.
- Credit card
(VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)
Existing
Accounts/Reorders:
- Prepay--A-Concepts
Designs will ship after check or money order clears.
- COD CHECK -
bank references must be provided before shipping.
- Terms - All
net terms must be pre-approved.
- Credit
application must be signed and returned to A-Concepts Designs.
(Approval may take up to 3 weeks)
SHIPPING
- Please
allow 7 working days for order preparation and up to 10 working
days for ground transit time.
- We will
ship via the least expensive shipping method unless shipping
instructions are provided. Customer will be responsible for the freight & COD charges.
- We will
automatically ship back order of $50.00 or more unless otherwise instructed by customers.
DAMAGES/RETURNS
- All damages
must be reported With in 10 days after receipt of merchandise.
- If received
merchandise is damaged during shipping, please retain all parts,
packing material and merchandise. Then, call the shipping
company for a damage inspection.
- All
returned goods must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
- UNAUTHORIZED
RETURNS will be refused.
- Customers
are responsible for the RETURN FREIGHT.
- Returns are
in the form of CREDIT only.
- All
returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking charge.
RETURNED
CHECK/LATE PAYMENT
- A $20.00
fee will be charged on returned checks.
- Late
payment is subject to interest charge of 1.5%
per month.
